In this Advisor/Student Engagement and Retention Coordinator role, you will significantly impact the School of Communication within the Faculty of Communication, Art and Technology. Your responsibilities will encompass academic advising, supporting first-year students, and engaging in strategic initiatives for student involvement. You will also recruit and train student volunteers, ensuring effective support for community-driven events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and coordination of student engagement activities
• Offer academic advice in compliance with university policies




• Assist in strategic recruitment efforts and initiatives
• Supervise and train student ambassadors and co-op students
• Build relationships with academic and administrative staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
