As the Senior Director for HSE Client Services, you will play a critical role in aligning safety protocols with business strategies. Your leadership will guide a team dedicated to incident resolution, compliance management, and talent development. You are also tasked with collaborating with account leaders to ensure impactful HSE program implementation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the management of health and safety programs • Lead successful incident investigations and root-cause analyses • Develop robust HSE teams through mentorship and coaching • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and client HSE guidelines • Coordinate resources for effective program delivery
Requirements: • Degree in a relevant scientific discipline • 15+ years of HSE experience, preferably in facilities management • Deep understanding of HSE legislations and best practices • Advanced communication and leadership skills • Solid preference for bilingual capabilities in English and French
