Seeking an Electrical Engineering Team Lead to support the delivery of a wide range of institutional buildings and infrastructure projects across the Lower Mainland.

Projects span sectors including healthcare, transportation, industrial, municipal, institutional, defense, and public infrastructure.

What You’ll Do
Lead and support multidisciplinary electrical engineering projects from planning and design through construction administration.
Manage operational resources, schedules, budgets, and team deliverables.
Support business development initiatives, proposal writing, and strategic planning activities.
Build and maintain robust client relationships and support long-term business growth.
Participate in recruitment, performance management, training, and team development.




Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.
Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and project execution.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) or eligible for registration in additional provinces.
10+ years of experience in electrical engineering consulting, including leadership experience managing technical teams.
Solid knowledge of building electrical systems and industry standards.
Solid leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
Experience mentoring and developing technical teams.
AutoCAD or Revit experience is an asset.
