About the Role

Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial management role, with a preference for those with a background in real estate or commercial properties. A qualified CPA designation is required, along with advanced Excel skills and experience with Yardi being an asset. The role demands a leader with robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, who can effectively partner with various teams to provide financial analysis, guidance, and decision support.
