About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Construction to oversee and drive the performance of construction across its Greater Toronto Area projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of homes with a focus on quality at defined milestones, including 100% on-time customer delivery. This role involves supporting and leading process improvement initiatives, managing construction-specific budgets, and balancing cost decisions with safety, quality, and long-term business performance. The VP of Construction will also be tasked with driving change management and ensuring the sustained adoption and implementation of best practices.





Applicants for the Vice President of Construction position at the company should have a minimum of ten years' experience in low-rise home building, with a preference for those who have worked on medium to high-density urban mixed-use projects. A university degree in a related field is required, along with proven financial acumen in residential development models and the ability to assess the impacts of change. The role demands a leader with a robust background in coaching, mentoring, and team development, as well as advanced analytical thinking and a up-to-date, forward-thinking approach. The VP of Construction will be expected to have high skilled standards, with a focus on data integrity, clarity, and timeliness.
