Key Responsibilities:
• Execute repairs to walls, doors, and windows as needed
• Monitor site conditions and report deficiencies daily




• Coordinate maintenance tasks with subcontractors for quality assurance
• Document preventive maintenance activities accurately

Requirements:
• High-school diploma, Ontario Ministry of Labour licensing preferred
