Job Description

Rite-Hite Apprentice Technicians will assist with install, maintenance, and repair of loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities throughout the Toronto and outlying areas. In addition, a Service Technician Apprentice acts as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. This position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact.

Responsibilities
Assist with install, maintenance, and repair of loading dock equipment and industrial doors.
Act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force.
Work independently or in small teams in a field service workplace.
Serve as a primary customer contact.

Qualifications
Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred.




Selected candidate must be able to work independently in a field setting.
Good customer service skills are required.
Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
Good driving record required due to company vehicle use.
