This full-scope people role requires a proactive HR skilled with a degree and over 7 years of experience. Collaborate with leaders on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management to align HR objectives with business goals. As the primary people partner, you will lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture and positively impact employee engagement across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:



• Advise leaders on HR strategy and employee matters • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for Ontario operations • Facilitate onboarding and cultural integration for new hires • Manage performance improvement plans and terminations • Ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation

Requirements: • Degree in Human Resources or related field • 7+ years in HRBP or HR Generalist roles • Knowledge of Ontario employment laws • Robust employee relations and coaching skills • CHRP or CHRL designation preferred
