Elevate your career with DOF Canada as a Survey Party Chief. In this crucial role, you'll oversee survey operations, ensuring data quality while collaborating with offshore and onshore teams.
We're looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused individual to coordinate survey equipment and manage offshore teams. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Survey Party Chief will support long-term international and local projects with a 4 to 6 week rotation schedule. You'll develop project procedures, manage work scopes, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise equipment checking and testing before projects
• Coordinate mobilisation of survey equipment on vessels




• Oversee data flow from calibration through quality control
• Develop project procedures and assist in preparation
• Manage offshore survey team performance and compliance
Requirements:
• Robust understanding of survey deliverables and QHSE
• Experience in managing offshore teams
• Excellent communication skills with clients and managers
• Familiarity with project management procedures
• Ability to provide team guidance and development
