In this pivotal role, you will act as the key liaison between Canadian and Mexican Operations. Your responsibilities include managing customer orders, ensuring proper processing, and resolving inquiries efficiently. A solid understanding of Navision and SLA systems is required to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update and manage orders in Navision as needed
• Create essential customer order details in SLA system
• Ensure accurate data integrity for contracted orders
• Monitor kick-out orders and their resolution
• Engage with teams in Mexico to facilitate order transfer
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is a must
• Robust user of Navision and SLA systems
• Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to participate in team initiatives and training
