This position involves clinical supervision and comprehensive program management, ensuring compliance with Ministry directives and agency policies. You will work collaboratively to oversee staff performance and ensure effective delivery of services in child welfare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight and support to child welfare staff
• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements
• Lead program management and development initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective program delivery
• Maintain organized records and documentation practices
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field preferred
• Five years of child welfare experience required
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s License and vehicle
• Capability to travel and adapt to versatile schedule
• Successful completion of Vulnerable Sector Check needed
