Elevate construction project delivery with our growing company focused on mid-rise self-storage developments. We seek a proactive Construction Project Manager to oversee ICI projects from inception to closeout, ensuring safety and budget compliance.
As an experienced Project Manager, you will manage multiple projects within a cooperative team. You will engage closely with site staff, leadership, and clients while developing budgets, schedules, and overseeing procurement. Your organizational skills will be essential in steering projects in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage ICI construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders




• Lead tendering, procurement, and contract activities
• Monitor project costs, change orders, and site progress
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in ICI construction
• Experience managing projects valued at $5M+
• Proficiency with Procore project management software
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
