Previous experience with Wireless/ Cell Site installation
Previous experience leading and managing a crew
Comfortable working at heights
Valuable physical condition
Willing to work outdoors
Willing to travel
Mechanically inclined
Safety minded
Strong communication skills verbal and written
Ability to interpret engineered drawings
Knowledge of RF and DC drawings
Understand and have valuable troubleshooting skills to locate the transmission faults
Must be authorized to work in Canada
Maintain a skilled working relationship with co-workers and clients
Must be reliable, trustworthy and have a positive attitude.
