This position requires meticulous attention to ensure effective rigging and de-rigging of engines for validation. You will work closely with the Test Area Team Lead to implement safety and quality measures that directly influence production outcomes. Your work will support operational efficiency and enhance product reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Select and verify components for the rigging process
• Move engines into position and log them into systems
• Conduct comprehensive leak tests and inspections
• Document any non-conformance and safety issues
• Assist in the transfer of finished engines for shipping
Requirements:
• Relevant technical diploma or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of engine assembly or testing preferred
• Familiarity with MES systems and safety standards
• Robust documenting skills and detail orientation
• Mechanical proficiency with lifting equipment
