Contribute to the Futures trading team at RBC as a Senior Futures Analyst in Bedford. This full time prospect centers on providing trade support and optimizing client services in a dynamic environment.
As a Futures Analyst, you will be instrumental in managing trade processing, client inquiries, and ensuring effective operation of margin and collateral systems. Daily interaction with clients and internal teams will be key as you work to streamline operations and improve service delivery. Your role will also include participation in user acceptance testing and process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Futures trading desks with operational tasks
• Verify trade processing, margin, and collateral accuracy




• Onboard and support new clients in collaboration with teams
• Improve existing processes to enhance efficiency
• Conduct system checks and troubleshoot issues
Requirements:
• College or University graduate preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Futures/Options trading and terminology
• Competent in MS Office and particularly Excel
• Team-oriented approach to problem-solving
