This Maintenance Surveyor role offers a 12-month fixed-term contract based in South London. Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager, you will handle pre/post-inspections and collaborate with customers and stakeholders. Your main tasks will include planning maintenance work, undertaking surveys, and ensuring compliance with KPIs while identifying any defects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre/post-inspections and detailed reports
• Plan and coordinate repair and maintenance projects
• Undertake building surveys to assess conditions




• Engage with customers and stakeholders effectively
• Recommend actions based on survey findings
Requirements:
• Diploma in Surveying, Property or Maintenance Level 3
• Membership in a relevant qualified body (e.g., RICS, CIOB)
• Ability to travel across the region as needed
• Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance required
• Eligibility to work in the UK
