In this permanent position, you will serve as the first point of access for Telecare Services. Your responsibilities include answering calls, managing the call queue, and transferring calls to appropriate services. Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming Telecare Service calls promptly
• Transfer calls to Ambulance Dispatch, Telehealth Nurses, or Clinical Therapists
• Manage call queues using decision support software
• Report unusual occurrences to the Clinical Shift Supervisor
• Participate in team meetings and trainings
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in healthcare or call center
• Strong computer and telecommunication skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual candidates preferred
