It is about adding a true industry standout to an already high-performing estimating team.Who You Are15+ years of progressive estimating experience across low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise constructionDeep expertise in conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimatingA well-established trade network with strong, long-standing subcontractor and supplier relationshipsProven ability to stress-test drawings, identify scope gaps, and manage risk earlyCommercially minded, detail-driven, and respected by trades and peers alikeComfortable operating in a rapid-paced, decision-oriented development and construction environmentWhat You’ll DoLead and oversee estimating across multiple project types and scalesProvide early-stage cost intelligence to support acquisitions, due diligence, and design developmentWork closely with senior management, project management,
