Our maglev robotic systems are designed for high precision and operate with complex coordination.In this role, you will focus on validating the embedded software that powers our robotic platforms. You will be responsible for designing and executing thorough test plans to ensure correctness, stability, and performance. Working closely with our software team, you will help identify issues early, improve reliability,



and confirm that our systems behave as expected under real‐world conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for electronics board design from concept to mass production in a fast‐paced team.Electronic Hardware design specific to high‐performance mixed signals and power electronics based on DFM/DFT.Working with vendors of components, PCB fabrication, and contract manufacturers.Develop and/or check and approve product lifecycle documents.Managing compliance and standard certification process, including CE and UL.Hardware validation testing with functional and performance tests.Design, implement, and run functional, integration, and system‐level tests for embedded and application software.Develop automated test frameworks and scripts for continuous validation.Investigate software issues and provide actionable reports to developers.Build and manage test setups including hardware‐in‐the‐loop (HIL) configurations.Work closely with engineers across teams to ensure robust and reliable software releases.Contribute to test planning, coverage analysis, and quality standards.QualificationsExperience testing embedded systems or real‐time applications.Solid understanding of C/C++ and the behavior of real‐time systems.Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to work independently.Excellent communication skills, especially when reporting issues.Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degrees in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, Engineering Physics, or equivalent, with a proven record of excellence in engineering.Eligible to work in Canada.Experience working with hardware‐in‐the‐loop testing or robotics system.Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash for test automation.Familiarity with automated test pipelines.What We ProvideExcellent opportunities to grow in a rapidly expanding, innovative company.Opportunity to solve impactful challenges.Mentorship arrangements with experienced colleagues.Competitive compensation packages and benefits.A creative, professional, and positive teamwork workplace.Compensation RangeThe hiring range for this role is $60K - $200K annually.
