The Job!

As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for the following:

- Design and develop engaging online learning and training programs
- Lead user research, feedback sessions, and training initiatives
- Create learning materials, user guides, and support documentation
- Drive user adoption and readiness for new tools and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Monitor feedback and continuously improve learning resources

What you bring to the job

- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or training




- Experience with Technical Writing, creating SOP’s, using Storyline, writing for online learning, train the trainer experience, creating reference guides
- Experience developing e-learning programs using LMS and adult learning principles
- Skilled at facilitating workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in education, instructional design, or a related field
- Learning & development certifications and experience with professional education or certification programs are considered assets
