We feature fitting and welding, metal forming, saw cutting, painting, assembly department, and manufacture everything from small components to large structures, sheet metal to heavy plate.Compensation Range$102,000 up to $120,000 annuallyPosition SummaryThe Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control systems to ensure that products and processes meet or exceed established standards.Primary ResponsibilitiesResponsible for directing and planning all Quality functions.Promote a Quality-first culture across all departments.Managing the requirements from the customer scorecard, proactively reporting results, and continuous improvement initiativesManage the overall costs of the Quality Metrics, suppliers, vendors,



and sub-contractor Quality MetricsProvide technical support to the plant personnel as it relates to quality.Responsible for overall department outputs, staffing, and developing the technical competency of the department and product lines.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.Prepare, maintain, and update quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.Manage certifications, quality audits, and liaise with external auditors or regulatory bodies.Maintain a dashboard of metrics that will track and demonstrate key performance drivers and accurately demonstrate customer service levels.Develop/introduce a Quality Improvement roadmap for the Division and help to lead the change.Develop/lead team-based Quality Problem Solving training to help drive continuous improvement.Facilitate process improvement projects to reduce waste, costs, and lead times.Work with Scheduling and Operations to develop and implement short-term and long-term plans and strategies based on project needs.Development, generation, and analysis of key operational KPI’s as it relates to Quality performance.Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions implemented.Compliance with all company, ISO 9001, and government procedures and guidelines.Educational RequirementsBachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fieldCertifications such asSix Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt),ISO Lead Auditor,
