Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support risk management initiatives within our banking/financial services engagement. The ideal candidate brings robust domain expertise in risk, governance, and compliance platforms

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business/functional requirements for Risk Management programs
Work closely with stakeholders to translate risk and compliance needs into actionable specifications
Support eGRC platform implementation, configuration, and enhancement initiatives
Liaise with onshore business/technology teams and offshore delivery teams
Prepare process flows, gap analyses, and requirement traceability documentation
Support UAT, defect triage, and production rollout activities





Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of Business Analysis experience, with significant exposure to Risk Management domains
Hands-on knowledge of eGRC tools (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, MetricStream, or similar)
Solid understanding of Financial Risk (credit, market, operational, or enterprise risk) concepts
Prior experience in Banking/Financial Services industry
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (onshore client-facing role)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
