Key Responsibilities:
• Design play-based learning experiences in alignment with Metis culture
• Build robust ties with families and cultural community members
• Observe and document children's progress for curriculum planning
• Ensure safety and health standards in the learning setting
• Commit to skilled learning and compliance with policies
Requirements:
• ECE Level I, II, or III certification required
• Background in Indigenous early childhood education preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of child development principles
• Willing to learn and incorporate Michif language and culture
• Criminal Record Check and valid Saskatchewan driver's license required
