Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and coordinate project teams for effective outcomes
• Ensure timely updates are shared with stakeholders
• Analyze and evaluate new ingredients and suppliers




• Maintain effective communications about food safety issues
• Conduct market analysis for ongoing product development
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Microbiology, or similar
• Five years of relevant experience in the agri-food industry
• Comprehensive understanding of CFIA regulations
• Experience with poultry product development is an asset
• Solid judgment and organizational skills
