In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in estimating for significant civil projects. As a Senior Cost Advisor in the Program Management group, you'll engage in comprehensive cost assessments and ensure accuracy in all project phases. Collaborate with skilled team members to devise costing solutions tailored to diverse client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish site-specific estimating criteria and guidelines
• Prepare and review estimates per design milestones
• Perform probabilistic simulations for project contingencies
• Support procurement processes with cost insights
• Maintain and improve estimation tools and procedures
Requirements:
• At least 10 years of relevant civil estimating experience
• Knowledge of CIQS and AACE standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and estimating software
• Robust organizational and decision-making skills
• Technical degree or equivalent experience
