Ensure safety and security at Blue Mountain Resort as a Security Agent during night shifts. This role involves proactive patrols, responding to incidents, and providing First Aid when necessary.
The Security Agent works part time, from 8 PM to 4 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. You will ensure the safety of guests and staff through diligent patrols and quick response to alarms and disturbances. Face challenges head-on, from managing trespassers to responding to medical emergencies, while documenting incidents meticulously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform indoor and outdoor security patrols regularly
• Provide escorts to employees during late shifts
• Respond promptly to fire and intrusion alarms
• Handle noise complaints and address disruptive behavior
• Offer First Aid, CPR, and AED assistance
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License required
• Valid Ontario G Driver's License required
• Minimum age of 19 years
• Previous security or military experience preferred
