Director of Rehabilitation (RPT / SLP / OT / COTA)

Interface Rehab, Inc., a trusted leader in rehabilitation services since 1995, is seeking a passionate Director of Rehabilitation to join our team.

What You'll Do
Provide leadership over exceptional therapy care to patients within a post‑acute setting
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long‑term wellness

What You’ll Need
Active or obtainable RPT, OTR, SLP or COTA license in the state of California

Compensation & Perks
We offer a competitive hourly rate ($55.00 to $65.00) and one of the best advantages packages in the industry. Some of our excellent benefits for full‑time employees include:
Paid Time Off (PTO) – 15 Days to start. Accrue up to 30 days of PTO! Every year an additional day of PTO is added up to a maximum accrual of 30 days of PTO.
