This position focuses on the complete donor development cycle in collaboration with teams across the organization. As the Leadership & Legacy Giving Officer, you will cultivate relationships with prospective major gift donors and execute personalized engagement strategies. Ensure successful fundraising through detailed planning, discovery meetings, and customized proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a pipeline of major gift prospects and donors
• Collaborate on donor engagement strategies with teams
• Conduct discovery meetings and prepare engagement plans




• Promote relationship fundraising for leadership and legacy giving
• Maintain accurate records in Raiser’s Edge NXT
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business, or Fundraising
• CFRE designation preferred or working towards it
• Robust communication skills for effective donor engagement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in donor relations and customer service
