We are looking for a Material Coordinator to work at a Camp, In-Field with accommodations provided (for camp jobs) and flat rate to cover travel.

What we’re looking for
2+ years directly related experience in the oil & gas industry
Reliable data entry skills, knowledge of warehousing, material handling and distribution
Knowledge of packing lists & P.O's
MS Excel or Google Sheets experience
Valid forklift ticket is a requirement

Accountabilities

Inventory




Ensuring that inventory management complies with company policies and industry regulations
Managing documentation related to inventory transactions, including invoices, receipts, and shipping documents
Maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions in the database
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders and deliveries
Managing and tracking inbound and outbound shipments

Shipping/Receiving
Unloading inbound freight carriers and ensuring accurate counts and product identification of product in storage location
Examining articles for accuracy, discrepancy & tagging according to company policies
Checking material received against provided packing slip supplied by vendor
Tracking materials being received
