Join Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare as the Director of Acute and Critical Services. This full time position supports high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple hospital sites in Bracebridge, Ontario. As a key leader, you will strategically manage operations and collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure integrated care and program success.

Your role includes overseeing clinical standards and performance metrics while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. With a focus on collaboration and safety, you'll lead multiple teams to elevate the standard of care within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure safe, high-quality patient care delivery at all times
- Develop and evaluate clinical policies and quality improvement standards




- Manage departmental operations and budget planning
- Implement performance indicators for safety and quality improvement
- Foster workforce development and team collaboration Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration or related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Registered Nurse with a relevant college
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience preferred
- 5 years leadership experience in unionized settings Strengthen patient care through effective leadership and quality management in this influential role with MAHC.
