Overseeing end-to-end operational functions that support effective program delivery and strategic alignment. Lead efforts to create a positive, inclusive work culture, while promoting continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and alignment with the Universities Strategic Framework. Ensures operational excellence through sound project management, resource planning, and data-driven decision-making.

Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for wellness programming that fosters the multi-dimensional well-being of students at the university. Development, implementation, and evaluation of health promotion initiatives, including prevention strategies that address mental, physical, and emotional health. Working collaboratively with internal and external partners, lead a highly diverse team and ensures services are inclusive, accessible, evidence-informed, student-centered, and aligned with institutional priorities.

Requirements - Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Sector, Social Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in program operations, including team leadership and project management.
- Experience in a nonprofit, education, or human services environment is considered an asset.
- Understanding of human resources practices including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with nonprofit or program-based operational management, including budgeting and resource planning.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
- Strong knowledge of equity-informed, trauma-informed, person-centred and culturally responsive approaches to wellness.
- Understanding of data analytics for program evaluation and performance measurement.




- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience in team development.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with a focus on operational excellence.
- Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in developing and using systems for resource management and data tracking.
- High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
- Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships.
- Ability to adapt in a energetic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interpret data and use insights to drive program and organizational improvement.
