Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the Garden Supplies department
• Lead product flow processes including receiving and merchandising
• Ensure displays are fully stocked and presentation-ready
• Utilize POS system for inventory management and sales reporting
• Monitor inventory movement and communicate needs to Purchasing team
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years retail experience in garden supplies or home improvement
• Knowledge or willingness to learn about pest ID and plant diseases
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work weekends
