As part of the project management team, the chosen candidate will collaborate with architects, builders, and developers. This full time position requires at least two years of experience as an estimator and proficiency in Planswift and AutoCAD. You will provide critical estimate breakdowns and assist in bidding for both large and small-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review architectural drawings to determine project scope
• Prepare estimates for cladding materials in new and retrofit projects




• Communicate with clients regarding requests for information
• Draft basic 2D and 3D building systems
• Follow up with clients post-quote for approvals
Requirements:
• Degree in architecture or related field
• Minimum two years as an architectural estimator
• Knowledge of building envelope systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and design software
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
