Candidates must demonstrate substantial experience with Cisco technologies, particularly CVP and Call Studio, as well as solid backend integration using REST APIs and OAuth2. Your role will be crucial in developing sophisticated customer self-service IVR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop IVR applications using Cisco CVP
• Build custom Java components for backend integration
• Deploy on Apache Tomcat and support ongoing operations
• Configure integrations with Cisco UCCE/ICM
• Execute IVR testing through Cyara to ensure quality
Requirements:
