About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President & Team Lead for Credit Structuring & Portfolio Management in the Dealer Finance sector. The successful candidate will be a senior member of the team, leading a group of high-performing Directors and Associate Directors. This role is pivotal in supporting the growth and risk management objectives of the portfolio, which serves large public and private corporate clients in the automotive and dealership industry. Key responsibilities include advanced financial and credit analysis, strategic thinking, and the development of bespoke financing solutions. The Vice President will also be involved in client decision-making, credit structuring, and portfolio oversight,



while contributing to recent business development and ensuring a superior client experience.

Applicants should have a preferred 9+ years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments, with a Bachelor's degree required and a Master's degree preferred in business administration, finance, or accounting. The role demands a seasoned expert with extensive industry knowledge, and the candidate should be a technical leader and a thought leader for innovation. Advanced proficiency in deal structuring, change management, problem-solving, people management, and leadership is essential. The Vice President will be expected to have an expert level of proficiency in customer service, financial analysis, and Microsoft Office, and to be adept at regulatory compliance, portfolio management, and credit risk assessment. The position requires a skilled who can operate at a group/enterprise-wide level, influence team dynamics, and is capable of addressing complex, interdependent problems with creative solutions.
