Company: ClaimsPro LP – Junior Adjuster/Trainee (Full‑Time, Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada)

The role is to begin a career in claims by working as a trainee adjuster in a mentorship environment, investigating, adjusting, and examining multi‑line claims at a junior level. The position is hybrid, supporting field requests within the Whitehorse area. The trainee will receive structured training to develop the necessary skills.

Job Responsibilities
Handling, investigating, and managing claims.
Reviewing coverages, limitations, warranties,



and requirements to ensure appropriate coverage.
Following guidelines and instructions.
Preparing documents and mandatory forms as required.
Managing a caseload of claim matters in compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
Managing reserves, payments, and financials.
Providing a high level of customer service to all stakeholders.
Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience
Builder or construction experience is a definite asset.
Ability to obtain an adjuster’s license.
Demonstrated high attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities and robust organizational skills.
Proactive initiative and follow‑up skills.
Professionalism and work ethic.
Strong teamwork ability.
Aptitude for learning new computer applications.
Valid driver’s license.
Already residing in Whitehorse or the surrounding area.
