As an Equipment Operator, your main responsibilities will involve the operation of forklifts and balers to support plant activities. You'll assist in moving bins and bales, handling shipping and receiving tasks, and performing crucial equipment inspections. Your expertise will directly support our waste diversion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Forklift and Baler following safety protocols
• Move and manage materials for shipping and receiving
• Execute daily inspection and maintenance of equipment
• Relay operational concerns to Supervisors regularly
• Assist with other functions as assigned
Requirements:
• Certified to operate forklifts or balers
• Previous experience in the recycling industry is beneficial
• Solid customer service focus
• Physically fit to handle job duties
• Must communicate in English
