This role involves reporting to the Senior Contracts Lead while guiding the delivery of the Entrepreneurship Program in alignment with the Impact Perk Agreement. You will administer programs, coordinate business workshops, and advocate for Tahltan Members seeking economic opportunities at the Eskay Creek Project. Your mission is to foster economic development while respecting Indigenous governance and community trust.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Entrepreneurship Program’s administration and records
• Facilitate business workshops and training for Tahltan businesses




• Engage with Tahltan entrepreneurs for contract guidance
• Collaborate with procurement and internal teams
• Track program activity and report outcomes
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in related economic development roles
• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field preferred
• Familiarity with Indigenous governance structures
• Proficient in data tracking and reporting tools
• Willingness to engage with community and travel
