What You'll Do
Prepare parts quotations and provide customers with accurate pricing, availability, and lead times
Coordinate shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities
Track orders and proactively communicate updates to customers and team members
Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory management systems
Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
Collaborate with sales, service, and administration teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
Help maintain a safe, clean,
and professional warehouse and property
What We're Looking For
Customer‑first mindset with a solid sense of urgency
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting
Experience in parts, warehousing, inventory management, or a customer‑facing role
Forklift certification and experience is a strong asset
Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
