Personal Insurance Associate – Renewal Team at HUB International. This role provides outstanding client service, reviews existing coverage, identifies gaps, and delivers tailored insurance solutions across habitational, travel, and automobile products.

Responsibilities
Proactively engage with clients prior to policy renewals to review coverage, identify potential gaps, and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Build and nurture relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and ensuring policies are up‑to‑date and accurately reflect circumstances.
Generate and identify cross‑sell opportunities by reviewing portfolios and recommending additional products or services.
Achieve retention goals and client satisfaction targets through diligent follow‑up and personalized attention to renewal details.
Stay informed and knowledgeable about Personal Lines products to provide expert advice.
Enjoy flexibility with a hybrid role that allows a combination of in‑branch and remote work.

Qualifications
Minimum 1‑year Personal Insurance experience.
Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset,



but not required.
Desire and proactive ability to deliver exceptional client service.
Demonstrated ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced team environment.
Keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives.
Industry designation (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma) considered an asset.

Salary & Perks

Salary range: $45,000 to $55,000. Compensation and advantages may include: extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid time off, eligibility for bonuses, and commissions for certain positions.

Hybrid role with in‑branch and work from home.
Department: Sales.
