Become a crucial part of Wealthsimple's Fraud Investigations team as a Fraud Investigator. Specializing in Account Takeover and Identity Fraud, you'll ensure our clients' security and peace of mind.
In this role, you'll investigate suspected fraud and take swift action against compromised accounts. You will guide clients through recovery processes while managing multiple investigations simultaneously and keeping communication transparent and calm. With your keen attention to detail and analytical skills, you’ll help us stay a step ahead of fraudsters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate suspected Account Takeover and Identity fraud cases
• Secure compromised accounts and prevent fraudulent activity
• Communicate with clients,



providing empathetic support
• Manage multiple investigations while adhering to SLAs
• Participate in weekly sessions to identify recent fraud trends
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of direct fraud experience
• Understanding of fraud management frameworks and controls
• Robust analytical and dataset organization skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
