Title: Construction Labourer
Location: Markham, Ontario
Job Type: Contract position (until December 2026) with full-time (40+) hours in majority of work weeks
Pay Range: $23.00 - $30.00

Responsibilities

Assist with the completion of tasks related to construction projects. Examples of field tasks are as follows:
Cathodic Protection Installations
Line digs and anode well excavations
Manual Labour
Capital Construction Projects
Corrosion Inhibitor casing projects
Technical equipment installation
Rectifier Installations
Assist with the completion of tasks related to field testing of AC mitigation projects.
Maintenance and operational function of assigned vehicles, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications




Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly and willing to routinely work outdoors.
Should have solid hands-on technical capabilities, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel, and work overtime.
General understanding of electrical circuits and theory.
Valuable initiative, adaptable, adaptable, and team player.
Truck use on off road terrain will be an asset.
Any cathodic protection background will be an asset.
