Reporting to the Head of Safety, Security and Emergency Services, the Fire Chief will provide strategic leadership while managing an productive department. Key Responsibilities:



• Lead Airport Fire & Emergency Services strategic operations • Define and implement a multi-year modernization strategy • Partner with leadership for capital and operational readiness • Oversee emergency management frameworks and simulation exercises • Direct complex multi-agency emergency responses

Requirements: • 8+ years in fire services with leadership experience • NFPA certifications: Fire Officer I & II, NFPA 921, NFPA 1003 • Knowledge of National Building Code and Canadian regulations • Familiarity with unionized environments and collective bargaining • Diploma in Fire Services or equivalent
