Municipal Survey CAD Drafter -SK
who has experience in the Residential and Commercial sectors and has a desire to grow and learn with an innovative, forward-thinking company.
The Work:
Drafting of Land Titles legal survey plans - includes subdivision, condominiums, utility right-of-way, etc.
Drafting of real property reports, and topographic surveys
Calculations of property boundaries, foundations, and grades
Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Creation of clean and professional looking deliverables
Ability to work with field crews and Project Leads to understand job scope and deliver professional products to Connexa's clients
Ability to liaise with clients, offering solutions and customer service
Quality Control of field data and calculations
Basic understanding of Land Survey drawings and Western Canadian Land Tenure system
Ability to work unsupervised from home using Connexa's virtual system
