Enhance public safety as a Driver Examiner at Serco Canada Inc. You’ll engage with applicants, conduct road tests, and evaluate driving skills at various DriveTest Centres throughout Ontario.
In this position, you will assist the Ministry of Transportation by evaluating driving abilities for G, M2, and controlled class licenses. You’re expected to provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively, and record detailed feedback for each applicant. Your role includes preparing examination documentation and ensuring compliance with all driving regulations and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Driver Examination Services with outstanding customer care
• Evaluate applicants’ driving skill during road tests
• Document results, errors,



and areas for improvement
• Provide information about licensing processes
• Conduct tests for special needs applicants when required
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license
• Minimum four years driving experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Intermediate computer skills for record keeping
