You will work in a full time capacity under the Facility Maintenance Supervisor. This position demands painting, equipment maintenance, and public area cleaning. You will maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness while interacting with patrons and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the maintenance of HVAC and plumbing systems
• Conduct thorough cleaning and disinfecting of washrooms
• Operate arena refrigeration systems efficiently
• Test and regulate pool water quality to health codes
• Maintain maintenance records and perform security checks
Requirements:
• Completion of high school and relevant maintenance experience
• Ice Facility and Pool Operator certifications required
• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with public and team
