In this Level 2 role, you will report to the Operations Manager and be part of a dedicated building operations team. Your key responsibilities will include responding to tenant service requests, coordinating repairs, and overseeing preventative maintenance for HVAC and other systems. You will also assist in managing service contracts and participate in safety inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to tenant service requests and emergencies
• Coordinate repairs with approved vendors and contractors
• Monitor computerized control systems for operational efficiency




• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance tasks
• Conduct daily property inspections and log readings
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of building operations experience
• Valid G driver's license with a clean record
• Explicit understanding of building drawings and systems
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures
• Robust communication and organizational skills
