BGIS is seeking a Technician IV – Electrician to manage facility systems maintenance. Your journeyperson certification is essential in this full-time role.
In the Technician IV role, you will perform essential preventative and corrective maintenance while complying with health and safety regulations. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining the operational integrity and safety of our facilities, ensuring productive system performance through your expertise in electrical work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance tasks on systems
• Monitor and inspect mechanical and electrical equipment regularly
• Handle service requests and ensure timely completion
• Maintain tools and oversee service provider work
• Participate in environmental and safety compliance activities
Requirements:
• Must hold a Journeyperson level Electrical license
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility operations
• Familiar with health and safety policies
• Advanced troubleshooting skills required
• Availability for shifts and emergency call-outs
