Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00 (based on experience) Shift Time(s): Days & Afternoons WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Consults customer prints in order to execute jobs and tasks to specification Assesses equipment, structures, materials, and job specifications for appropriate welding positions and methods Monitors equipment for appropriate usage and temperature Maintains CWB standards and specifications. Observe and follow RIPCO ISO Standards Develops working knowledge of welding specifications used for welding a variety of materials and components Operates specialized equipment for industrial welding. Trims metal components using heat, grinding, and plasma torches.



Follows safety protocol, including wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes. During operations Operator will be required to maintain cleanliness of the machine and workspace Communicates all production related items to next shift operators or shift supervisors.
