Become a Room Attendant at the Chestnut Residence in downtown Toronto. Your focus will be on ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of rooms while adhering to safety and quality standards.
In this full-time role, you'll report to the Rooms Manager and perform essential housekeeping duties. Key tasks include deep cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, and reporting any maintenance issues. Your attention to detail will enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to a well-maintained residence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deep clean bathrooms including showers and sinks
• Dust and clean furniture and upholstery
• Collect waste and dispose of it properly
• Inspect carpets and vacuum to maintain cleanliness
• Respond promptly to all housekeeping requests
Requirements:
• Completion of tenth grade or equivalent
• One year experience in institutional or commercial cleaning
• Strong attention to detail and independence
• Ability to lift and push up to 50 lbs
• First Aid, CPR, and WHMIS training preferred
